For Students

  • Students are expected to attend school in the school uniform.
  • Students have to bring his diary and identity card to school daily without failure.
  • Students should arrive at school on time, late coming will not be allowed.
  • Students are not allowed to leave school early, except with the written permission of the principal.
  • Students should not indulge in fights, quarrels or any type of violence.
  • Students should not use indecent language.
  • Students should not wear any kind of ornaments and jewelry. The school will not be responsible for the loss of these items.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any kind of mobiles or electronic gadgets to school.
  • Students are not allowed to attend when ailing or suffering from an infectious disease.
  • Students must complete their homework regularly.
  • Students should not damage school property.
  • Students above class 4th have to communicate in English language mandatorily.
  • Students should not smoke nor take drugs or any other intoxicating substances.
  • Students are not allowed to bring explosives/fireworks / ink/color, dangerous implements/knives/pistols, etc., and toys to the school.
  • Students have to carry a written statement signed by the Parent/Guardian for every absence.
  • Students have to submit a medical certificate from a doctor if the absence is for more than 3 days due to illness, stating the illness and fitness.

For Parents

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Model School – Dhatoori

Your Participation in the education of your children and wards at school along with the teachers and the school authorities is important and indispensable. Therefore, all the parents are requested to meet the teachers and the school authorities frequently and discuss the performance of their children and wards at school.

We request you to participate and cooperate with the school authorities by:

  • Attending PTA meetings organized from time to time. Prior Information on the same will be provided by the school.
  • Advising their wards to be regular and punctual in attending classes.
  • Providing sufficient numbers of uniforms (at least two sets) and sending their children/wards daily to school well dressed in their proper and full uniform.
  • Ensuring that their children/wards are diligent in doing their assignments, projects and lessons.
  • Insisting on neatness and cleanliness of their children/ wards, their textbooks, exercise books and other belongings.
  • Provide an ideal environment at home for the intellectual growth and development of children and wards.
  • Regularly going through the school Diary / Handbook for communications sent from the school and getting in touch with the school authorities to give feedback on the school and get feedback on their children.
  • Encouraging your ward to take part in all school activities for their all-round development and no one will be excused except for valid reasons.

Note- The school generally makes all communications with parents/guardians through the Hand Books. Parents/guardians are therefore requested to go through the School Diary / Hand Book daily and countersign the remarks/comments made by the Principal/teachers. Parents and guardians are also requested to address their communications to the Principal and class teacher as the case may be.
